Advancing Constitutional Literacy, Principled Public Service, and Community Fellowship.

The Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation (FFFF) is an independent, nonpartisan nonprofit organization. Founded by former public servants and community volunteers, the Foundation draws on practical experience in federal and state administration to explain how American institutions work, support ethical public service, and provide compassionate fellowship to families across the country.

A Nonpartisan Commitment to the Rule of Law

Enduring democratic institutions depend on an informed public, fair and transparent procedures, and dedicated public servants who honor their constitutional oath. Our educational work respects the vital roles of judges, prosecutors, investigators, and career civil servants while equipping citizens and families to understand their rights and responsibilities under the United States Constitution.

Core Mission

Four Pillars of the Foundation

Our work brings together the perspective of experienced public servants and the dedication of community volunteers across four complementary areas.

Pillar I

Civic Education & Constitutional Literacy

We promote public understanding of the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, federalism, and procedural due process. By translating complex statutory and administrative procedures into clear, accessible educational materials, we help everyday citizens understand how federal and state institutions operate.

Key Educational Focus
  • Constitutional structure, separation of powers, and checks and balances
  • Plain-language citizen guides on administrative and judicial procedure
  • Public lectures, podcasts, and nonpartisan civic study resources
Pillar II

Public Service & Institutional Stewardship

People who have served inside public institutions understand how agencies function and how high ethical standards are maintained. We honor principled career civil servants, investigators, analysts, prosecutors, and judges, and we support constructive, lawful improvements that strengthen transparency and public trust from within.

Key Stewardship Focus
  • Supporting professional ethics, objectivity, and institutional accountability
  • Educational primers for oversight and Inspector General communities
  • Constructive dialogue between former public servants and civic leaders
Pillar III

Community Support & Patient/Family Fellowship

Strong communities care for neighbors during difficult seasons. Through volunteer-led fellowship groups, bereavement circles, and patient-support education, we help families stand beside loved ones in healthcare and administrative settings, emphasizing human dignity, family presence, and informed dialogue.

Key Fellowship Focus
  • Weekly volunteer-led peer support, grief recovery, and family fellowship
  • Educational resources on bedside family presence and patient communication
  • Humanitarian and youth safety projects, including school helmet distributions
Pillar IV

Historical & Policy Research

Sound public policy requires accurate historical baselines. We compile and archive public-record data from official agency releases, Inspector General reports, and published court statistics to study long-term trends in public administration, procurement integrity, and regulatory oversight.

Key Research Focus
  • Multi-decade archival studies of public-program and procurement oversight
  • Oral history and eyewitness documentation preserved for researchers
  • Transparent methodology grounded strictly in primary public records
Record of Service

Educational Programs & Community Initiatives

Since 2016, the Foundation has organized volunteer programs, educational publications, and humanitarian outreach built on civic responsibility and neighborly care.

Humanitarian & Community Projects

Youth Safety & Family Fellowship

The Foundation's early humanitarian outreach included grammar-school safety initiatives in Vietnam, providing protective helmets to school-age children to reduce traffic injuries.

At home, volunteers organized regular weekly support meetings, art and recovery workshops, and collaborative community publications -- including the volunteer family cookbook, Home-Cooked Memories: From Our Heart to Your Table.

Patient & Family Education

Bedside Support & Informed Care

Working alongside nurses, caregivers, and family advocates, the Foundation developed practical educational guides to help families communicate constructively with healthcare providers and understand hospital visitation policies.

Our educational work supports the principle that patients benefit from the presence and encouragement of family members and trusted advocates during medical care.

Public-Interest Scholarship

Oversight & Archival Research

Drawing on public Inspector General reports, U.S. Sentencing Commission datafiles, and published agency records, our research contributors examine how public oversight systems perform over time.

All historical summaries and oral-history collections are maintained as educational archives for scholars, journalists, and citizens studying public administration.

Our Guiding Approach

How We Balance Institutional Integrity and Citizen Advocacy

Constructive civic work requires steadiness, fairness, and respect for every participant in our constitutional system. We adhere to four operating principles across all Foundation activities.

Respect for Public Servants

We recognize that the vast majority of civil servants, investigators, prosecutors, and judges serve honorably. Institutional improvement succeeds when it supports principled professionals inside the system.

Factual Discipline

Our educational publications rely on primary public records, statutory text, and verified statistics. We distinguish clearly between documented facts, public allegations, and policy commentary.

Dignified Civic Discourse

We address public policy questions in a calm, measured, and nonpartisan manner, welcoming diverse viewpoints and focusing on constructive solutions rather than partisan division.

Clear Organizational Boundaries

We maintain strict separation between nonprofit civic education and the private practice of law, ensuring clarity for the public, contributors, and regulatory bodies.
